You may purchase our products from us, from anywhere outside of the United States. Upon checkout PayPal’s secure payment processors will make the necessary USD payment conversion. Did you know that you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with PayPal? PayPal now processes all credit card orders without requiring you to register with them. However, if you should wish to register with PayPal, you will have that option of registering while paying through your checking account. Upon completion of checkout you will receive an email confirmation. If you have purchased a store front, website package or other graphics that require customization, development and /or programming, you will receive an email requesting your customization information.

Please be aware that we strictly adhere to their copyright and usage guidelines. We respect copyright laws. We do not offer these graphics separately from our designs for download in anyway, nor do we or will we redistribute the graphics as clip art, images, web art or multimedia. Our graphics designs are also stored securely on our server and our stock images & graphic libraries remain in our personal possessions. Unless otherwise credited to its original owner, stock images, graphic art and clip art is sometimes used or modified by EZ4U Templates design team and its respective associates to enhance the creation of our designs & design concepts. We give credit when design credit is required, requested or due. [Credits] Only original images, stock images, graphic images and clip art images that are purchased & licensed thru agreement, royalty free or permitted to use by its original owner, and /or a combination of the likes, are used. Be aware that by agreeing to these Terms of Use, you are agreeing that you will not download or save any graphics or images of EZ4U Templates elsewhere unless it is specifically stated that the graphics are free for purchasers to save elsewhere. Many of our graphic sources also do not require credits, but for those that do require credit; we tag the appropriate credit linkage within our designated copyright information area. This is part of reasoning why we host your template images for you, unless otherwise stated. All layouts, templates, design graphics, and code preparation are the sole creation of EZ4U Templates and its respective associates, developers, designers and programmers, and are protected by the international copyright laws. Purchasers have unlimited time usage of templates, about me pages, and other graphics as sole users. All codes and their methods of preparation, trade secrets, and /or their content, including, but not limited to PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, contained in on our website and /or sent from us, are copyrighted EZ4U Templates ©2005 and its respective associates, developers, designers and programmers and are protected by the international copyright laws. Service Agreement: By purchasing EZ4U TEMPLATES products, you agree that you understand that unless a product delivery has been identified as being delivered in a different way, your delivery will be done so through email or downloads. Furthermore, you agree that by purchasing EZ4U TEMPLATES products you will accept your delivery of your purchase via email or electronic download, unless otherwise noted. You agree that in the event of customer misuse or unauthorized placement of any and all of our work, we will take all necessary measures to protect our work from theft, misuse or other due to breach of contract by you. Under no circumstances shall EZ4U Templates and its freelance associates be responsible for any monetary damages or loss that results from the use of or inability to use any of the products sold or distributed by EZ4U Templates. You also agree that in the event that misuse in any form is detected, that no action will be taken against EZ4U Templates & its freelance associates in any way shape or form, be it legal, monetary or thru malicious slanderous vindictiveness and retaliation. If you have purchased a direct electronic downloadable product and wish to receive said products through different means, you understand that the CD burning service option is available to you at an additional fee, plus shipping costs. Electronic download links will expire in 3 days after purchase, so please plan accordingly. If you experience any difficulties whatsoever during your download process, you will need to contact us immediately. We are always happy to help. Please remember that our office is closed on weekends and USA holidays. Any weekend purchases or support requests will be acknowledged on Monday when we return. As previously stated because of the nature of our work, purchases & subscription purchases cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
