     Unless specified differently in a our creative services contract, our Pre-Designed EZ4U Templates Ready2Go Shopping Cart Packages are sold graphic & programming wise, AS IS, as per our standard pre-developed, pre-determined layout & programming structure contract.

     We highly recommend that you consider and purchase the optional PayPal IPN at the time of your initial package purchase to save YOUR valuable time and additional expense.
 
 
 
 
     The optional PayPal IPN is an additional fee of $175.00 for the initial installation for your PayPal IPN upon initial cart install. Upon Initial PayPal IPN Request At Package Purchase Time this takes 4-6 hours of additional modifications.
 
 
 
 
     When the PayPal IPN is requested after the package is initially purchased and installed, the fee for the PayPal IPN will be $250.00 for the modifications needed. When your PayPal IPN is added later after our initial install, it then takes from 8-20 hours of backups & testing.

     EZ4U Templates projected completion timeframes are inherently dependent upon required site related information that we receive from you the customer, as needed. Timeframes are also dependent upon the fact that you have set up all necessary elements needed (with our professional expertise and guidance) relating to the scope of your project, and that it has been provided to us in a timely manner. (i.e. Text Content, Image Files, Domain Registration, Hosting Account, PayPal and Banking, etc... as deemed necessary for project completion).
 
 
 
 
     We can ultimately have your new business website fully operational within two to six weeks, providing you work with us in a timely manner and no time delayed development obstacles occur.

     Once you have purchased our development services you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you via email, Fax or by telephone if, and when necessary. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfies any legal requirement, that requires any such communications to be in writing.

     If you choose to utilize and access our website, or affiliated websites for your website and demo activities that occur during your development stage, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You also agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password on our website or affilated web sites.
