We have over 800 EZ4U Templates, auction templates available at this time. New

If I purchase more than one
template today, is there a discount?
Our template prices are amazingly low and affordable. Much time and quality work
goes into our templates, as well as any additional costs of purchasing imagery
elements, that we may possibly use to enhance our designs. Unfortunately, we can
not offer discounts unless we are running a specific special.
However; we do offer our ongoing EZ4U VIP 612 Club, as a customer incentive on

Can I use just one of your
templates on lots of auction selling sites at one time and how many times can I
use it?
You may purchase as many templates as you like, as often as you
like. You may use our template or templates, for as long as you wish to use them
and as many times that you wish to use them. However; you are only allowed to
use each individual template at ONE [1] AUCTION SELLING SITE AT A TIME. [Top]

I'm not very computer or Internet
knowledgeable at all and I really have a hard time grasping this technology
stuff, do you think that I can work with your templates?
Of course you
can and we make sure that you can! EZ4U Templates are very easy to work with.
That's why our name is EZ4U Templates! Anyone of any skill level can work with
our templates. We've done all the hard stuff for you so that all you really need
to do is basically type, copy & paste. We visually show you & tell you, every

Do I need to know HTML to use an
EZ4U Auction / Store Listing Template?
NO... not at all! The EZ4U
Template designers have done all the HTML work for you! You can work directly in
the HTML code if you wish, but it's NOT required. You only need to copy & paste
our code, type your text content and then copy and paste in your product
picture(s). You'll be amazed at how easy our templates are to work with. [Top]

Do your templates come with instructions?
Yes.... they sure do! EZ4U Templates
has included into each purchased template folder, an easy step by step tutorial
guide that we have meticulously written in case you feel you would need it for
reference, PLUS a fabulously, easy online help index and a visual online
tutorial guide for you to follow. The guide inside your folder contains
additional hints, tips and tricks that you won't find in the online tutorial,
but either way.... we've got you covered with what you need to know, especially
if you've never worked with a template before. We make using our auction listing

Do your templates come with real human support?
Yes! EZ4U is here for you with real human support to guide you, incase you feel

Will you work with me until I get

Absolutely,
we will! Once you post a listing or two with our template, it'll become second
nature to you if you have never used templates before, and you will then wonder
what you ever worried about. Especially since the visual tutorial guide and the
written tutorial guide that you receive from us, is laid out and written so that
it is easy to grasp & understand. We'll stay with you all the way, until you are

doesn't have links. I want links, can you put in and set up my links for me?
Please contact us first before purchasing, the downloadable template.
We'll be happy to code in and set up your linkage for you at an additional
charge of $3.00, if you would like to have this additional service done by us.
We do NOT set up links on any of our templates that have been previously

I love your templates and
I want to buy some, but I don't want link areas on the templates.
We only put linkage on custom template design orders and some Limited Edition
templates and web sets. We'll be happy to completely remove or change the link
text for you, at no additional charge. If you purchase any of these type of

Do you host my product pictures
or can you host them?
NO. We do not host your product images, but our
template guide will tell you where to find and access free product image
hosting. We only host the images that go with your template. You never need to
worry about hosting our template pictures, because we host them for you. Our
template images will come to you pre-linked to our secure hosting server files. [Top]

Where can I host my pictures?
In
our EZ4U template tutorial guide, we tell you how & where you can find FREE
picture hosting services for your own pictures, so that you can save money and
stop paying fee's to a hosting provider simply to have them host the pictures of
your products. Many people are unaware of free picture hosting providers. We
tell you how & where to find them and if you have access to the Internet,
chances are pretty good that you already have free hosting for your images
available to you and you just don't know it. We'll also tell you how to find

Does eBay charge me extra money for using other outside image hosting
sources?
No, eBay does
not charge their sellers for using other outside image hosting sources. When
using an outside image host the "per picture" fees are not applied on eBay and
most other auction sites. However; play it safe and do check the image hosting
policies for fees on other auction sites other than eBay. By utilizing "free"
outside image hosting resources, you can really save yourself a good bit of
money. With the overall listing and selling fees on the rise, you definitely
want to explore every avenue that is possibly available to you in order to save
money. After all, your purpose of selling online is to make income and not to

How many photos can I put into an EZ4U Template?
You may insert as many photos as you like. How many is a personal decision. Our

Are EZ4U Templates compatible with eBay auction management services and other
various auction selling management services?
Yes, as long as the auction site that you
are selling at allows the usage of HTML code. You can use our templates with
most auction management services that are now available on the Internet and also

When I buy your template
or any of your graphics, are the graphics mine to do with as I please?
EZ4U Templates retains the overall copyright to
all of the graphics that we create. Each store page that we offer an item on for
purchasing, will tell you what the stipulations of usage are when purchasing our
creations, if there are any. At times we use various design elements to enhance
our design work from either our own extensive design libraries that we own as
professional designers, or elements from other artists or resources that we have
legitimately purchased rights of usage or full ownership rights to. If necessary
we can prove this and we can prove our finished product ownership. [Top]

Can I remove that tiny area at
the bottom where it states your copyright information and such?
NO. The developer, copyright & credit link
information must remain intact on the template and may not be removed or
changed. At times when we are required to give element credit to other artists;
it is applied to this area as well, as part of the requirements to our element
usage terms with others. To remove or change this area would most definitely be
a violation of and an infraction to our EZ4U Templates usage policy and terms. [Top]

When I buy an
EZ4U Template are the graphics, code & tutorials mine and do I actually own the
copyright? Can I use the images on my website, and on auction sites too?
NO. Your new template is created specifically for your use only at ONE [1]
auction selling site at a time, for the intended specific purpose it was
purchased as, for however long you may wish to use it and as long as you adhere
to our usage policy. Our templates, code, graphics, tutorials and online website
tutorials may not be altered, manipulated, copied, redistributed, resold,
shared, given away or added to collections for other distribution. All rights
are retained by the copyright holder EZ4U Templates and its respective EZ4U

When will I receive my
template or other digital products?
When you purchase an item that is offered as an
instant download item, you will instantly receive a link or links to access your
downloadable product[s] area immediately after you have made and completed your
payment process; through our secure payment checkout method thru PayPal. [Top]

I have purchased your additional
service to set up a links area and the linkage on my template, when will I
receive my template that is set up for me?
After your additional service purchase is made, we
will e-mail you with our link set up questions, in order to acquire the
necessary information that we need for your custom link setup. Once we've
received your response your zipped template files will be e-mailed to you. After
that you should receive your new template ready and set up for you usually
within 1 - 3 days after purchase. It will depend upon how quickly we receive the

Do you have a newsletter?
Yes. Our bimonthly e-mail newsletter is called "The EZ4U Templates Trend
Setter." Our newsletter is filled with great selling information and auction
trends, tips, tricks and hints. We never share your e-mail information with
anyone, and it's free.... so why not sign up for our newsletter right now?! All
you need to do is login on the top right of this page under the Your Account
info box and check mark the newsletter area. If you haven't already created an
account for yourself, go to the Your Account area, type in your email address
and a password, and then create an account on the next page and check mark the

I'd like to sell your templates on my web site through an affiliates program? Do you have one?
No. Not at this time. Although, we are highly considering this option for the
future. If you are interested in becoming an affiliate site, please email us and
let us now. We'd be happy to add you to our affiliates consideration list and
will notify you if and when this avenue comes into existence for us. Until then
why not consider submitting your site to our links page, on the right side of

Do you have template
subscriptions? I have used other subscription services before and your designs
are by far, more superior than the ones I signed up with? Without a second
thought, I want to sign up for your subscriptions. Do you offer your templates
by monthly subscription?
At this time,
our template subscriptions area is in the development stages. If all goes well
with our projected development time frame, we hope to be able to offer this
template service to our EZ4U Template customers by the end of 2007.
Periodically, check our website for subscription service update notices and /or
subscribe to our free newsletter to receive our announcement and notification
when this service becomes available.
When we launch our exciting new monthly auction subscription template services,
we will still continue to offer and add to our designer line of fabulously
special auction / store listing templates. However; in order to keep our monthly
subscription as a reasonable added value service for our customers, our auction subscription template
collection will still be visually unique & wonderful, but they will not be as
lavishly embellished as our designer auction listing template collection. [Top]
